Application:
Leakage tester is suitable for sealing test of bags, bottles, tubes, cans and boxes in food, medical equipment, daily chemicals, automobiles, electronic components, stationery and other industries. It can also be used to test the sealing performance of the specimens after the drop and pressure resistance tests.

Feature:

1. Microcomputer control, test parameters can be set, automatic testing process.

2. Hold time, test pressure, and pressure replenishment ratio can all be pre-set for one-touch operation throughout the testing process.

3. Sealed chamber is made of high quality plexiglass tubing with 15mm thickness.

4. Automatic pressure release and purge upon completion of testing, saving operational time.

5. Imported pressure sensors paired with precision relays for rapid response and stable pressure control. Integrated calibration module supports multi-point calibration for third-party verification.

6. The instrument features an integrated compressed air filtration and pressure regulation system, with an external design for easy drainage and debris removal, ensuring the safe operation of internal components.

7. To ensure uninterrupted operation, the instrument utilizes a three-power-source independent supply mode: separate power supplies for the main controller, pressure reception module, and pressure control module.
