The pulse vacuum autoclave extracts vacuum and fills steam into the sterilization room for many times to makethe sterilization chamber reach a certain vacuum degree, and then fills saturated steam to reach the set pressureand temperature, so as to achieve the purpose of sterilization of the sterilized substance.

*Vacuum system: It adopts high-efficiency vacuum system, low working noise, ultimate vacuum can reach morethan -80KPa, fast pumping speed, good dryness of items, and more thorough sterilization.
*Diversified procedures: There are fast procedures, encapsulation procedures, rubber procedures, dressing procedures,liquid procedures, liquid customization, solid customization, media sterilization, media dissolution and other procedures,as well as B&D testing and vacuum testing procedures.
* High-efficiency air filter: 0.22um sterilizing high-efficiency airflter, the fitration efficiency is not less than 99.5%,to ensure that the vacuum-breaking air is sterile air, and to avoid re-contamination of sterile materials.
*Recording device: The equipment is equipped with a thermal printer and USB interface as standard, which canrecord the data of the entire sterilization process in real time.
* Other functions: automatic operation of the whole process of preheating, replacement, heating, sterilization,exhaust steam, and vacuum drying.
