LEIA-X6 Quantitative PCR Detection System is an instrument specially used for real-time fluorescence PCR detection, integrating PCR amplification, fluorescence detection and data analysis. It can monitor the growth process of fluorescence volume in each test tube in real time. After the amplification, the software automatically processes the experimental data, conduct quantitative /
qualitative, genotyping analysis of the sample, and show and print the starting concentration of the sample.
